Email deskcraftbanking@gmail.com with whatever the problem is. We usually reply within a day. Below are the answers to the things people ask most, in case one of them saves you the wait.
1. Billing and cancelling
Everything to do with your subscription — change plan, update your card, download invoices, cancel — is in Account, under the billing section. It opens Stripe's own portal, so we never see or handle your card details.
You can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is charged after that. If a payment looks wrong on your statement, email us with the date and amount and we will look it up.
2. The verification code did not arrive
Codes are eight digits and usually arrive in under a minute. Check the spam or promotions folder first — university addresses in particular tend to filter them.
Enter the code exactly as it appears in the email, without spaces. If you requested several codes, only the most recent one works: the earlier ones stop being valid the moment a new one is sent. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, email us the address you signed up with and we will check it from our side.
3. Cannot sign in
Use the 'forgot password' link on the sign-in page to set a new one. If the reset email does not arrive either, that points at the same mail-filtering problem as above — write to us and we will confirm whether your address is receiving anything at all.
4. The microphone does not work in a mock interview
Voice practice needs microphone permission in the browser. If you refused it the first time, the browser remembers: open the padlock icon in the address bar and allow the microphone, then reload the page.
Your camera preview never leaves your device, and the audio is discarded once it has been transcribed — only the transcript is stored with your answer.
5. Your data
You can export everything we hold about you as a JSON file, and permanently delete your account and data, yourself in Account settings. Neither needs to go through us. What we do with your data, and the rights you have over it, are set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Something is broken or plainly wrong
Tell us. There is also a feedback button inside the app, and it reaches the same inbox. Say what you were doing and what happened — a screenshot helps more than a careful description. Reports about wrong answers or bad grading in a question get read individually.
